Will2Pay Terms of Service

Welcome to Will2Pay, operated by Willing2Pay LLC ("Will2Pay," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our lead generation platform and services available via our website and mobile application (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering for or using Will2Pay, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
1. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
- Users must self-certify their age during registration.
- Services may only be offered or performed while physically located within the United States.
2. Platform Overview
- Will2Pay connects service seekers ("Customers") with service providers ("Providers").
- Customers submit detailed service requests, including their maximum offer, and choose how many Providers may respond.
- Providers view requests and choose whether to accept them. If accepted, Providers pay a lead fee and receive the Customer’s contact information. The Customer simultaneously receives the Provider’s contact information.
- Providers are charged only when they accept a lead.
3. Provider Fees
- A one-time registration fee of $75 is required to activate a Provider account. This is refundable within 36 hours only if no leads are accepted.
- Lead fees vary based on the Customer’s bid and are displayed before acceptance.
- Lead fees are non-refundable once a Provider accepts a lead, regardless of Customer responsiveness.
- Providers may prepay lead credits. Unused credits are refundable upon cancellation, minus a 20% processing fee.
4. Account Termination & Dispute Policy
- A 3-strike system is in place for general violations.
- Immediate termination may occur for serious misconduct, including but not limited to:
- Harassment or abuse
- Fraud or impersonation
- Offering illegal or adult services
- Uploading prohibited content
- Circumventing Platform systems
- Users will generally be notified prior to termination, but Will2Pay reserves the right to terminate without notice in severe cases.
5. Review System
- Customers and Providers may review each other.
- Reviews may be flagged and will be hidden during investigation.
- Appeals are managed via email. Will2Pay’s decision is final.
- Abuse of the review flagging system is prohibited and may result in strikes.
6. Background Checks & ID Verification
- Providers must pass a background check every 3 years.
- Only a pass/fail indicator is shown on profiles.
- Providers must upload government-issued ID, which is stored securely by Will2Pay.
7. Use of Platform
- Service categories are created and controlled solely by Will2Pay.
- Customers must ensure service requests are complete, lawful, and accurate.
- Will2Pay does not moderate content except to filter offensive material.
- Will2Pay does not confirm insurance, licenses, or credentials.
- Will2Pay does not participate in or guarantee payment or service delivery between users.
8. Data Collection & Sharing
- By using the Platform, you consent to the collection of personal information including name, address, phone, email, age, photo, ID, and physical characteristics (e.g., height, weight).
- Data is stored and processed only in the United States.
- We use cookies and analytics tools. A cookie banner allows opt-out of non-essential cookies.
- Personal data may be shared or sold to third-party partners for marketing, analytics, or service operation. No opt-out is provided.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
- Will2Pay makes no guarantees regarding the quality, accuracy, or conduct of Customers or Providers.
- Users interact at their own risk. All agreements for services are made off-platform.
- We disclaim all liability for disputes, payment issues, or service outcomes.
- Will2Pay is not responsible for verifying the truth or legality of content submitted by users.
10. Dispute Resolution
- All disputes are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
- You agree to mandatory binding arbitration for all disputes with Will2Pay.
- Class action lawsuits are expressly waived.
- Dispute logs will be maintained internally.
11. Updates to Terms
- Will2Pay reserves the right to update these Terms.
- Changes will be notified at least 7 days in advance.
- Continued use after updates constitutes agreement.
